1. Purchase Process:

2. Delivery Address: Provide the complete address, including city and postal code.
3. Shipping Confirmation: We will confirm the shipping cost with the logistics company.
4. Formal Quotation: A formal quotation will be generated, including product and logistics costs.
5. Payment Transfer: Once the order is confirmed, transfer the amount to our company's bank account.
6. Delivery Arrangement: Upon receiving payment, delivery will be organized within 15 days.

2. Minimum Purchase Quantity

Minimum amount is $500:

• Silver Ring: 5 per model
• Silver Pendants: 5 per model
• Copper Ring: 10 per model
• Natural Stone Beads: 12 strands per size
• Natural Stone Bracelets: 12 per size
• Natural Stone Pendants: 12 per color
• Ring Interface: 24 per size

3. Shipping

Shipping is available via air, with a transit time of 10 to 15 days. To calculate shipping costs, we need:

1. Product image and item number
2. Purchase quantity
3. Complete address (including postal code)

Once we receive this information, we will verify the costs with the logistics company and send a quotation.

4. Payment Methods

We offer two payment methods:
